This is a seasonal recreation facility. Spend some time of your vacation with us this summer on our golden sands. Whether you're camping, renting a cottage or just stopping for the day,we're sure you'll have an enjoyable stay. Our recreational facilities will provide hours and hours of pleasure for everyone. Camping/ Accommodations: 110 sites, 41 electricity & water, 14 electricity only, 55 unserviced, 18 cottages (fully equiped) and trailer dumping station. Other facilities: showers thourthout the park, take-out and convenience store, laundry facilities, handicap accessible rest room and shower. Recreation: Waterslide, swimming in freshwater lake, boat rentals, over a mile of golden sandy beach, mini golf, trackless train, playground, games arcade. HOW TO GET THERE: Exit from the Trans Canada Highway onto route #210 at Goobies, proceed along route #210,turn right at second light in Marystown, proceed 11 kilometers and turn left on route #222. Four kilometers along route #222 you'll find us. Golden Sands is just 20 kms to Grande Medows Golf Course,45 kms to St. Pierre Ferry, 10 kms to modern hospital, 15 kms to major shopping malls & Marystown. | |
